Ok, I have found one very annoying stupid thing. That I am fairly and most utterly sure you know already.

There is a meat parasite pregnancy from the second dungeon of the dessert base tentacle mass enemy. A rectally implantation that, from my long but rather short mass movement, did not change or give me an ability to vacate the orifice.  What gives? 

Also bells gone, wandered off and I am pretty sure I checked every nook and cranny.

I love the parasites, and the pregnancies are a lovely touch. Hope they'll be timed so you can't just keep a baby in your womb indefinitely. Unless someone somehow wants that but I can't see that working. Unless you have a extreme Hyper Fetish involving a timed shrink ray and someone crawling into your or someone else's vagoo and having the shrunk grow into the said stretching body capacity. Or just a extreme inflation fetish.
